Patina Options and Material Information
Each and every piece is custom finished. A slight variation in color from order to order is to be expected.
Most reproductions are hand-cast in Gypsum reinforced with polymer, glass fiber, burlap and/or metal rods for extra strength.

Antonio Pollaiolo (about 1432-1498) was not only a sculptor, but a painter, engraver, and goldsmith. His engraving, the Battle of the Nudes, is one of the most famous prints of the Renaissance. He also designed two papal tombs during his lifetime. Antonio and his brother, Piero, also an artist, were both interested in human anatomy and Classical Art and they worked on many projects together.
